“Cross Clues” is a game of words and hints where the players have to describe two different words with one of their own that somehow intertwines them together. The play area is divided into columns and rows, one being letters while the other are numbers (kind of like in battleship). A player randomly draws a card from the pile and on it is a coordinate for which they have to come up with a hint for since other players cannot see what was drawn. Then guessed correctly, they can turn over that coordinate. The goal of the game is cooperation between all players since your only opponent is time! The rules are simple, but time is short. The game ends up being a great exercise for your brain as well as getting to know how other people think.
